Next Era Studio V-commerce — Reservation Policy
The reservation fee secures a place in the selected V-commerce package. This is a one-time payment and is separate from the monthly membership subscription.
Reservation fees are non-refundable. A reservation does not activate your membership.
On the order confirmation reciept, the customer will receive instructions to submit product information and media. All reservations are valid for 7 days. Within 1 - 5 days, Next Era Studio will send the customer a payment link to activate their membership dashboard. If the applicable membership is not activated in 7 days after recieving the order confirmation, the reservation will expire.
The monthly membership price, renewal frequency, cancellation procedure, and included services will be shown separately before the customer authorizes the membership payment.
By completing checkout, the customer acknowledges the reservation terms presented before purchase.
